Alzheimer’s Disease Research Study Clinical Research Associates® is seeking volunteers with Alzheimer’s disease (AD), and their caregivers, to participate in a clinical research study.

This study will evaluate the safety and effectiveness of an investigational medication for the treatment of mild to moderate AD. Participation involves six visits to a local physician’s office over a period of up to 27 weeks. Qualified participants will receive study-related medical care, including study-related examinations, assessments, lab tests, and electrocardiograms, as well as investigational study medication at no cost.

Although every effort is made to minimize potential risks, there may be side effects and other health risks not yet known. Side effects differ from one person to another, and there is no way to predict how the treatment will affect any individual. All medications have potential side effects, whether they are in the clinical trial phases or already approved and on the market. One potential risk to participants is the possibility of the study treatment not being effective.
